Download Availability
After your purchase, it typically takes 2-7 business days to prepare your digital artwork. Once your order is ready, a downloadable link to the artwork will be sent to you via email. The artwork will be provided in the format requested by you (e.g., JPG, PNG).
File Format and Size
The file format and size of your digital artwork will be tailored to your specific request. We strive to meet your needs, whether you require high-resolution images for print or optimized files for web use.
Usage Rights
Fully Paid Artwork: When the artwork is fully paid, you are granted unlimited usage rights. You can use the digital art for personal, commercial, or any other purposes without restrictions.
Partially Paid Artwork: If the artwork is only partially paid, usage rights are limited. Cogent Computing LLP retains the right to take necessary actions under the DMCA and other applicable laws to protect our intellectual property rights if the terms of payment are not fully met.
Refunds and Cancellations
No Refunds: Once the digital artwork has been sent to you via email, we cannot offer any refunds. All sales of digital downloads are final due to the nature of the product.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed, and no cancellations will be accepted.
